STREET EATS, Seoul

All sorts of jeon.  Shaking up the makgeolli, my sis is a pro and I watched her in awe.  Pouring into fancy tin bowls, see her correct form of two-handed pouring.  Yes, in Korea, there is a way you must pour* to Elders.  Fish cake stew, oden.  Weird assorted meats Soondae.  Soondae insides.  Eating outside in 14 degrees Fahrenheit.  Uh.  We cheated.  Me, a happy camper, warm with makgeolli in my belly.  I wonder how many bottles I can take home before it's considered smuggling.

Links included because I am lazy so you can learn about the magic.

*I did the "and for god's sake" part and let's just say the night ended with little Yoo screaming, "I'LL KILL YOU" to the taximan while we held her back.
Note to self:  Don't get little Yoo mad.
Another note to self:  Koreans can drink and I fail as a Korean.
